Nope, we’re too efficient for that. Due to both the challenges associated with COVID-19 and our shipping procedures, at this time we are unable to process order changes or address changes once an order has been submitted.

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. Coupon codes can be used once per customer. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means you have used it on a past order, and our system cannot apply it again.

When you order a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value. You will not receive a physical gift card.

When making a purchase in our store, a customer can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
